Caleb founded Savant Solutions on a simple idea: security isn't a plan you present, it's an outcome you deliver. It's the reason clients have followed him from project to project for the better part of two decades.
He came up the hard way — starting with the fundamentals, hands-on systems and infrastructure work, learning how technology actually behaves before learning how to secure it. Over the past 20 years the work grew steadily more sophisticated, moving from the ground floor into complex enterprise architectures and large-scale security programs for increasingly demanding organizations. That progression is what shapes how Savant works today: advice you can actually deploy, backed by the experience to make it hold.
Under Caleb's leadership, Savant was named Best Cybersecurity Firm in Sacramento and has landed on the Sacramento Business Journal's Top 50 Fastest-Growing Companies list for multiple consecutive years. He opened the firm's downtown Sacramento office in 2016 — deliberately, in the heart of the capital, minutes from the agencies Savant serves. Beyond the business, he serves on the boards of the Sacramento Police Foundation and Single Mom Strong, and is a devoted father.

Daviano Silguero
Daviano joined Savant after over a decade defending California’s public sector from the inside. Most recently he led cyber defense operations for the City and County of San Francisco, managing the team responsible for detecting and containing threats against one of the state’s largest municipal environments.
His path there ran through the work itself. He started in state government — help desk, then servers, then network engineering, where he ran patch operations across shared infrastructure and took the lead during security incidents because he knew the network better than anyone. He moved fully into security as a cybersecurity engineer for two California agencies, performing risk analyses on mission-critical systems, standing up vulnerability management programs against NIST and IRS 1075 controls, and writing the incident response playbooks other teams would run. In San Francisco he rose from architecture and assurance engineering, through vulnerability and cyber defense operations, to running the City’s Cybersecurity Defense Program outright.
That background shapes how Savant delivers. Daviano has sat on the customer’s side of the table — inside the audits, the incident calls, and the budget cycles — and he runs Savant’s operations so clients get engineers who understand the constraints public agencies actually work under.
